About one and half hour drive takes you to a beautiful hill station of Nagarkot at an elevation of 2100 meters above sea level. Nagarkot provides a stunningly beautiful panoramic view of the Himalayas and Sunkoshi valley. Enjoy the fresh air of the hill station and start the hiking for the day to Changu Narayan. This beautiful hiking goes for about four hours through the local village, amazingly terrace farmland, and forested part to give you the diverse experience of hiking in the countryside. The hiking can be graded as easy as most of the part of the hiking goes downhill. When you reach Changu to finish the hiking, you can explore the Changu Narayan temple complex which is one of the cultural heritage monuments in Kathmandu valley. After Changu Narayan exploration, drive back to Kathmandu.
