Trekking in the Ganesh Himal area allows the trekkers to observe the rich Nepalese cultural tradition from the closest quarters and intermingle with locals, hence giving the trekkers a sense of satisfaction. Besides it also offers excellent habitat for a wide variety of rich flora and fauna at the foothills of the Ganesh Himal. Trekkers will be impressed with the display of berberis, primula, orchids and a variety of ferns, the whole area is sets ablaze by yellow blossoms of double Jasmine. The dense forest teemed with Spanish oak, blue pine and in springtime blossoming of the rhododendron set the whole forest alight in spectacular arrays of colours.
